Continuity of Operations and Information Communications Technology Planner

Key Role

Serve as a Continuity of Operations (COOP) integrator and planner supporting ICT for a Combatant Command. Oversee the implementation, deployment, and updating of strategic planning of ICT solutions, to include hardware and software used as well as the means to transmit across multiple classified and unclassified networks. Develop and execute plans for sustainment, training, and exercises for continuity-related ICT deployment and resiliency. Provide full-spectrum, senior-level consultant SME support, work with external organizations and agencies, and leverage well-developed relationships and understanding of roles and responsibilities within the DoD, other Combatant Commands, defense agencies, and elements.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at the Major Command level or higher
• 3+ years of experience with operational-level planning
• 2+ years of experience with deployable communications capabilities
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience with communications, or 5+ years of experience with communications in lieu of a degree

• Experience with ICT Resilience
• Possession of excellent analytical skills at the operational level
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master’s degree
• Professional Continuity Practitioner (PCP) or Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
