The Opportunity:
As a Country Plans Analyst and Data Manager, you’ll provide guidance, technical assistance, analysis, and programmatic support in the development and implementation of command plans, programs, and procedures for EUCOM interactions with components, other Global Combatant Commands (GCCs), and other U.S. and European organizations. You’ll gather, analyze, and use data to support EUCOM country plan development and ensure the plans are accurately aligned to the Commander's Campaign Plan (CCP).
You’ll use your skill sets to conduct quality control on country plan data contained in EUCOM's online Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) suite of applications: Strategy of Active Security Planning (SASPAN), Concept & Funding Request (CFR), and Conference Registration System (CRS).
You will be the primary data analyst for the SASPLAN system database and support deliberate staff actions to update and modify the SASPLAN architecture, data fields, user access and permissions, and EUCOM's SharePoint document library for country plans and supporting material. To ensure broad knowledge and understanding of the country plan systems, processes, and required information, you’ll develop training materials and provide stakeholder training. You’ll use data expertise to conceive, design, adjust, and present data models from the TSC applications, organize country plan data, and analyze country plan progress reviews, generate reports, and brief USEUCOM leadership and other stakeholders.
