Solution Architect (Supply Chain Planning - Discrete Manufacturing Automotive) - #2110159

Your Job

• Work directly or indirectly with customers regarding their business processes and requirements for implementing Blue Yonder standard solutions and technologies for Supply Chain Planning and Management.
• Collaborate with customers to create User Stories that represent functional business requirements and implement best practices.
• Assist project teams in identifying the best technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Support testing, training, and implementation of customer solution.
• Create and support project documentation, including functional design and training documentation.
• Assist in the support of customer solutions and applications after system roll out.
• You will be required to communicate with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to derive requirements.
• Support Pre-Sales activities as required by assisting in customer presentations, demonstrations, and best practices.
• You will work mainly out of Stuttgart or Chemnitz office with some travel to customer sites or other Blue Yonder office locations as allowed per guidelines.
  
  

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• You have at least 5+ years experience in Demand/ Production Planning or Supply Chain Planning. You have 3+ years experience in Automotive Supply Chain or Manufacturing industry.
• You have clear understanding of business processes and technical solutions related to Supply Chain Planning, preferred of Automotive or AutoT1.
• You can solve complex problems and effectively communicate.
• You can define and articulate strategies, functional requirements, and use cases.
• You have experience in Agile project management methodologies.
• You have a strong interest in supply chain planning and management operations.
• You are highly reliable, willing to learn and open to new challenges.
• You are self-motivated, goal-oriented and work well under pressure, both independently and within a team.
• You are self-confident and have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• You are legally authorized to work in the Germany.
• You are also willing to travel to customer meetings and have very good communication skills in English and German.
