What You Can Expect

• You will support our HR business partners with HR tasks, e.g. coordinating appointments and organising and following up on workshops.
• You will take part in various projects in the area of personnel development, for example in the design of new career models.
• As part of the team, you will share responsibility for the introduction of comprehensive processes and strategies for staff retention and participation.
• You will use the knowledge gained from your studies to improve processes and methods in the area of HR support and development.
  
  

What You Bring Along

• You are enrolled in economics, HR management or a comparable degree programme.
• You are available as a working student for at least two semesters.
• You are characterised by an open-minded and proactive attitude. Your working style is independent, conscientious and committed. You are also a strong communicator in both German and English.
