The role
Are you passionate about creating impactful digital solutions and driving business success through smart technology? In this newly created role, you’ll take ownership of the continuous development of Zühlke’s CRM platform — a key enabler for data-driven decisions, impactful marketing & sales efforts, and future business growth. Working closely with a Business Application Manager, a Business Engineer, and our external partner, you’ll turn insights into action and ensure that our CRM delivers measurable value to its users.

The role

How You Will Make An Impact
- You’ll engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and align the CRM roadmap with real business needs.
- By understanding user expectations and business drivers, you’ll deliver a product that creates real value.
- You’ll identify and sequence high-impact problems to solve, ensuring our team focuses on what brings the greatest benefit.
- You’ll refine stories, manage dependencies, and contribute to clear, process-driven solution designs.
- Taking full ownership of the delivery pipeline, you’ll ensure each item adds tangible value.
- You’ll bring user-centric thinking into every decision, helping the team make smart, pragmatic choices.
- Working closely with your team, you’ll co-develop innovative, usability-driven solutions that improve the platform continuously.
- You bring solid experience as a Product Owner.
- You understand user experience design, automation, and digitization — and how to bring them together effectively.
- You have deep knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics, especially in sales and marketing automation contexts.
- You excel in communication and stakeholder management, and you understand sales and marketing processes.
- You combine analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset and attention to detail.
- You’re proactive, open to change, and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Your educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Information Technology or a related field.
- Additional training in product ownership, UX design, project management or process/requirements engineering is a strong plus.
- You’re fluent in English – other languages are a bonus.
