Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

• Als Experte für AI-Kommunikation (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Bildung der kommunikativen Schnittstelle zum Konzern.

• Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Erstellung, der Versand und die Auswertung eines zweiwöchentlichen Management-Newsletters sowie die Weiterentwicklung dieses Formats.

• Zudem bereitest du AI Use Cases für verschiedene interne und externe Kommunikationsbedarfe auf und erstellst Briefing-Inhalte sowie Präsentationen für das Management.

• Darüber hinaus bist du verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung, Abstimmung und Freigabe von externen Kommunikationen, wie beispielsweise Presse-Statements.

• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Fachbereich und Stakeholdern im Konzern zusammen und behältst den Überblick über aktuelle Entwicklungen innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens.

• Gelegentlich verfasst du interne Kommunikationsartikel, beispielsweise für das Intranet und pflegst die Verbindung zu MBTI-Kommunikationsaktivitäten, einschließlich Website und Social Media.

Wie passt du in unser Team?

• Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft mit.

• Zudem verfügst du über Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Top-Management und ein starkes Stakeholder-Management, wodurch du effektiv mit Führungskräften kommunizieren und deren Erwartungen managen kannst, während du die Interessen verschiedener Stakeholder berücksichtigst.

• Du zeichnest dich durch ein unternehmerisches Mindset, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Talent im Storytelling aus.

• Darüber hinaus arbeitest du gerne in einem bereichsübergreifenden, internationalen Team und kannst dich dank deiner analytischen Fähigkeiten schnell in komplexe Themen einfinden.

• Kreative Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und eine selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab, ergänzt durch sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
