We are seeking a talented Lead Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing project schedules, utilising your knowledge of Primavera P6 and your experience in the construction and renewable energy sectors.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
- Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyse project data for creating accurate and comprehensive schedules
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to integrate schedule inputs for an overall project plan
- Monitor project progress and performance indicators to identify deviations and proactively propose solutions
- Conduct schedule risk assessments and analysis to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation plans
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior planners and project teams on scheduling best practices and methodologies
- Communicate schedule status, updates, and recommendations to project stakeholders, including senior management and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, particularly within the renewable energy sector
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other relevant project management software
- Solid understanding of construction processes and project management principles
- Local German experience in project planning and scheduling preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of project schedules with overall project objectives
- Analyse project data and performance indicators to identify potential issues and propose solutions
- Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to communicate schedule updates and gather input
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior planners and project teams on scheduling best practices and methodologies
- Regularly review and refine project schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals
