Your tasks?

• As an intern (m/f/x), you will actively support us in the conception and implementation of strategy, transformation and change management projects in a global context.

• With your commitment, you will make a significant contribution to the strategic development of the Cross Tech business stream and contribute fresh ideas.

• To gain valuable insights, you will conduct market analysis and trend observations.

• In addition, you will prepare leadership, strategy and transformation workshops, actively accompany them and carefully document the results.

Your profile?

• You are studying economics or humanities, IT or a related field and ideally have already gained practical experience.

• With strong analytical skills and an interest in current trends, you will be actively involved in our topics as an intern (m/f/x) and continuously develop yourself.

• You are characterized by your open nature and pronounced initiative, and you are proficient in using common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint.

• Very good German and English skills round off your profile and there is the possibility to work with us as a working student (m/f/x) or as part of a thesis.
