How You'll Make An Impact

• As part of our team, you'll help design and implement purpose-built business applications for international clients. You'll be involved in the entire lifecycle—from idea to development and go-live—building solutions that make a real difference.

What’s Important To Us

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent qualification that gives you a solid foundation in software engineering.
• You have several years of professional experience with technologies like Java, Spring Boot, REST, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Additional in-depth expertise in Frontend Development or AI (Data Engineering, Machine Learning) is highly valued.
• You have a DevOps mindset and understand the importance of high code quality and automated testing.
• You are learning- and success-oriented. You enjoy achieving ambitious goals in a team and engaging directly with customers.
• You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
• You are open to occasional travel to client sites in Germany for a few days each month.
• While we offer flexible working arrangements, we’d love to see you in our office from time to time to foster a lively and engaging community.
