As the Manager of the EMEA Portfolio Enablement Managers team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of existing services and driving seamless execution of new service launches for EMEA. This covers the entire SSG HBB portfolio, including Global Product Services, Sustainability, Configuration and Deployment Services, and Advanced AI/Hybrid Cloud Services.

You will lead a team of experienced portfolio managers, delivering expertise and support to meet EMEA SSG business expectations across IDG and ISG services. This role involves close collaboration with SSG market leaders, the ISO organization, the EMEA Business Managers team, and the WW SSG Sales Enablement Training team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of portfolio managers, including performance management and coaching within the Lenovo culture. Develop people and ensure the SSG focus priorities are met.
  • Establish clear, strategic KPIs aligned with Lenovo’s business goals. This involves understanding the broader strategy through Kickoff meetings, All Hands Meetings, and manager learnings. Ensure that each team member’s KPIs contribute to the growth and success of Lenovo, customers, and the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, including mid-year check-ins and year-end assessments. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help team members achieve their goals and improve their performance.
  • Work with team members to create and update their IDPs, focusing on career interests, strengths, and development opportunities. Ensure that IDPs are aligned with business needs and support the professional growth of team members.
  • Utilize tools like OHRP (Organization and Human Resource Planning) to manage talent effectively. This includes identifying high-potential employees, planning for succession, and ensuring the team has the necessary skills and capabilities to meet future challenges.
  • Implement reward and recognition programs such as ATI (Annual Term Incentive), LTI (Long Term Incentive), and Lenovo Rewards to motivate and retain top talent.
  • Drive prioritization of offerings and work with WW teams (Concord COE team, Program Management team, etc.) to improve operational efficiency and respond to portfolio evolution and market demand. Interact with counterparts in NA and AP regions to drive improvements.

  • Foster a drive for innovation and optimization of processes and solutions. Work closely with the Concord COE team to improve product development and post-launch processes.
  • Provide inputs for Sales Portfolio Monthly and Quarterly Business reviews with WW.
    • Ensure that the EMEA Portfolio Enablement Managers team aligns with the OneLenovo strategy, which aims to unify Lenovo’s operations and enhance customer experiences across all segments.
    • Work closely with critical internal Lenovo stakeholders, external partners, and customers to support the OneLenovo implementation. This includes consulting cross-functional parties early in the process to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
    • Simplify and optimize operational models to bring decision-making closer to the customer, enhancing engagement and performance.
    • Provide training and enablement to the sales team to ensure they understand and can effectively communicate the OneLenovo strategy and its benefits to customers.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in services product management and people management roles.
    • Proven experience in a managerial role within a product management or services environment.
    • Strong leadership, people, and team management skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive performance improvements.
      • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with senior sales and service executives.
      • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
      • Fluent in English.

    • Applicable for Slovak candidates only:Base gross monthly salary starts from 4000 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 14% of your annual earnings.
