About The Role
Lenovo is growing fast in the EMEA OEM spaceand we're looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to support our strategic growth in the DACH region. Youll serve as a vital point of contact, working closely with customers and field sales teams to build trust, uncover opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.
In this role, your ability to communicate effectively, build relationships remotely, and manage the full sales cycle will be key. If youre a strong collaborator with a passion for IT and an eye for results, wed love to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
At least 3 years of experience in IT sales, ideally within the OEM or B2B environment.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new and incremental business opportunities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Build and maintain a 200%+ qualified sales pipeline, updating Lenovo tools weekly.
- Identify and execute on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Manage the full sales processconfiguring, pricing, quoting, and closing deals.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and account plans, using internal tools to track all activity.
- Work closely with field sales and business partners to expand relationships and address customer needs.
- Keep customers updated on new products and roadmaps, offering upgrade recommendations.
- Actively support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, contributing to Lenovos growth and visibility.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong experience with solution selling in complex or corporate environments.
- Ability to build trust and close deals remotely, over the phone and via digital channels.
- Demonstrated organizational and data management skills.
- A collaborative team player, able to work across departments and cultures.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
