What You Can Expect

• You reinforce our Compliance & Integrity Team and support us in the ongoing operation of our group-wide Compliance Management System.
• You revise and implement compliance policies and related processes and measures.
• You assist in advising and supporting our departments, business units, as well as employees and executives in compliance and integrity-related matters and issues.
• You actively work with compliance-related KPIs and their optimization.
• You contribute to the development of the Compliance & Integrity training concept, create training content, and conduct training sessions.
• You develop content for internal compliance communication and collaborate with the Marketing & Communication department to disseminate it.
• You support our Compliance Coordinators in foreign subsidiaries.
  
  

What You Bring Along

• You have an above-average degree in law or business administration and have five or more years of practical experience in the field of compliance.
• You have an independent, goal- and results-oriented working style, and you enjoy teamwork and project work.
• You have consulting expertise. With your confident demeanor and communication skills, you convince even challenging stakeholders.
• You have an affinity for digital topics.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office 365, preferably SharePoint and PowerBI.
• You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
