As a UI / UX Designer in our agile team, your mission is to craft intuitive, engaging products that anticipate and meet user needs. You'll work closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to ensure our solutions are both innovative and practical.

Your Mission

• Lead the full design process from user research and wireframes to interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs—translating complex needs into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system, enabling consistency across platforms and reducing design-to-development turnaround time by up to 40%.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams to align on product vision and communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Run usability tests and leverage data from real user behavior to continuously improve UX and accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Support branding and visual storytelling through impactful web, marketing, and motion design assets that enhance engagement and drive measurable results.
  
  

Your Skills

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS product design, including UI/UX, design systems, and user research with measurable business impact.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with bonus skills in motion design for explainer videos and feature showcases.
• Strong experience in both qualitative and quantitative user research, testing, and data-informed iteration.
• Excellent collaboration and storytelling abilities to align teams and influence stakeholders.
• High level of curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset—both in your own work and in guiding others.
