Your tasks?

• As a working student Innovation & Intrapreneurship (m/f/x), you will conduct market research to identify current trends and innovation potential.

• In addition, you will create and design tech and business trend reports, placing particular emphasis on a clear and appealing user experience.

• You will support us in preparing and structuring pitches for software products in order to present innovative ideas convincingly.

• In order to develop creative solutions, you will participate in the conception and organization of (online) workshops in the field of innovation.

• In your day-to-day work, you will apply methods such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup and implement other innovation approaches to continuously provide new impetus and move the company forward.

Your profile?

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) in the course of study Information Design, Business Administration, Business Psychology, User Experience or a comparable course of study.

• In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of design, with a particular focus on creating structured, user-centered presentations and reports.

• Thanks to your experience with innovation methods such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup, you will develop creative and effective solutions

• In addition, you have experience in the design and implementation of workshops, ideally in an innovation environment, and can use these skills profitably.

• Analytical thinking, the ability to independently research and prepare market and trend information as well as very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
