Your Role

• Take responsibility for planning and implementing projects focused on renewable energy, including wind farms, large-scale photovoltaic systems, and hybrid energy solutions.
• Shape the strategic direction and further development of our engineering portfolio in the field of renewable energy systems.
• Lead projects in wind, solar, hydrogen, and hybrid power plant solutions, ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Establish and industrialize standardized planning and engineering processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct technical due diligence and leverage digital tools to optimize engineering workflows and plant operations.
• Work closely with clients to develop technical and economic solutions that support the energy transition.
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate effectively with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
  
  

Your Profile

• A degree in energy engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• At least seven years of professional experience in the planning, design, or construction of renewable energy systems.
• In-depth knowledge of technologies such as wind power, photovoltaics, hydrogen, battery storage, grid connection, and relevant regulations.
• Ideally, experience with planning software and digital engineering tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams and across various stakeholder groups.
• A high level of personal responsibility, analytical thinking, and a strong drive for innovation.
• Excellent command of both German and English.
