About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior ServiceNow Consultant / Architect

to join our dynamic team supporting enterprise clients across Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional with strong technical and consulting skills to lead complex ServiceNow implementations and help shape digital transformation strategies

You will play a key role in architecting end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to ensure scalable, robust, and value-driven implementations

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead ServiceNow solution design and architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or other modules
  
• 
  Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  
• 
  Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings to define implementation roadmaps
  
• 
  Provide governance, best practices, and technical leadership during delivery cycles
  
• 
  Mentor junior consultants and support development teams in delivering high-quality solutions
  
• 
  Conduct assessments of existing ServiceNow platforms and provide recommendations for improvement
  
• 
  Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and performance through sound architectural decisions
  
• 
  Contribute to pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimating, and solution shaping
  

Required Qualifications:

• 
  5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow in a consulting or architecture role
  
• 
  Proven expertise across key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps
  
• 
  Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript), APIs, and integrations
  
• 
  Certified ServiceNow System Administrator; Implementation Specialist or Architect certification(s) a strong plus
  
• 
  Experience leading client engagements and delivering enterprise-level ServiceNow projects
  
• 
  Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with both technical and business audiences
  
• 
  Fluency in
  
  German (C1 minimum)
  
  and
  
  English
  

Preferred Skills:

• 
  Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
  
• 
  Familiarity with ITIL v4 and enterprise service management best practices
  
• 
  Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Orchestration
  
• 
  Exposure to other enterprise tools (e.g., SAP, Azure, Jira)
