Store in Breuninger
How you will contribute
Support the achievement of the Store/Individual Sales Target
Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with company strategy
Support staff optimization vs. business needs
Monitor the efficiency of the clienteling tools
Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures
Stock management to ensure availability of merchandise and services
Contribute to building effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customers
Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards
Support the team in achieving individual and team sales and clienteling targets
Analyze sales figures and KPIs using available data/systems to understand performance and identify opportunities
Partner with the Retail Manager to find effective solutions and seek ways to improve sales opportunities
Inspire trust by displaying honesty and maintaining a positive environment, even in critical situations
Engage and motivate the team toward common goals
Adapt interpersonal style to different people and situations, handling complaints and conflicts effectively
Delegate tasks based on team members' skills and responsibilities to support their development
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to foster accountability
Understands and applies the company policies and procedures, and ensure team members are informed accordingly
Pays attention to details and strives to meet quality luxury standards
Who you are

Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation

Talented in managing, inspiring, coaching and motivating a team

Strong communication skills, engaging, positive and team-player mentality

Fluency in English and German is mandatory, any other language is considered a plus
