As a Project & Process Engineer, you will manage challenging international projects from initial customer inquiry through engineering, budgeting, scheduling, execution, commissioning, and final handover. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will develop and implement tailored process solutions that meet the highest technical, economic, and sustainability standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects from concept development through commissioning and final handover.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams when required.
• Develop innovative process concepts, equipment solutions, and system designs tailored to customer requirements.
• Define project execution strategies while balancing technical, economic, and environmental considerations.
• Utilize engineering and project planning tools, including CAD systems and project scheduling methodologies.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal project teams.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and engineering partners throughout project execution.
• Support installation, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing activities at customer sites worldwide.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Brewing Engineering, Beverage Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within the brewing, beverage, dairy, food, chemical, or related process industries.
• Strong understanding of industrial process systems, equipment, and plant engineering.
• Practical experience with project management methodologies, MS Office, CAD systems, and PLC databases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong intercultural awareness and ability to work effectively in international teams.
• Structured, organized, and results-oriented working style with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; German and/or Spanish language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
