Your Contribution
As a Product Cybersecurity Auditor (m/f/d), you are responsible for the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity audits, assessments, and compliance reviews across the MAHLE organization.
Support organizational units in ensuring auditability and compliance by providing guidance on audit and assessment requirements as well as best practices
Prepare, coordinate, and support customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory authority audits
Assess the compliance, effectiveness, and maturity of the Product Cybersecurity Governance Framework against relevant standards, regulations, and internal requirements
Perform cybersecurity KPI, metric, and maturity analyses and provide transparency regarding implementation and compliance status across the organization
Monitor and track corrective and improvement actions resulting from audits, assessments, and compliance reviews
Monitor compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements and report non conformities, risks, and improvement opportunities
Prepare management reports and decision-making materials on audit results, compliance status, maturity levels, risks, and improvement actions
Support continuous improvement and lessons learned activities and derive improvement measures for the further development of the Product Cybersecurity Governance Framework
Maintain and continuously improve audit, assessment, and compliance evaluation methodologies, including related templates and guidelines
Your Experience and Qualifications
Successfully completed university degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, natural sciences, or a related discipline, ideally with a Master's degree, Diploma, or PhD
Professional experience in the automotive industry is desirable
Experience in the planning, execution, and evaluation of audits, assessments, and compliance reviews is desirable
Sound knowledge of relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations, and frameworks, particularly ISO/SAE 21434 and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at project, business unit, and management levels
Ability to analyze complex organizational, technical, and regulatory topics and derive appropriate conclusions and recommendations
Excellent English language skills; German language skills are desirable
Structured, analytical, self-driven, and results-oriented working style combined with strong organizational skills
Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external auditors, assessors, customers, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies
