As we continue to invest and grow our German business, we’re looking for 2 Recruitment Consultants to join our Technology Contracts team in Stuttgart.

We’re open to both junior and experienced recruiters. For junior candidates, previous recruitment experience isn’t essential, we’re looking for energy, personality and a commercial mindset. For experienced candidates, we’re looking for a proven track record in ANÜ recruitment and business development.

What you will do:

• Build relationships with technology professionals and clients
• Manage the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement
• Develop your own candidate network and market
• Identify and win new business opportunities
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry events
• Work closely with our Sales and Management teams
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients

What we’re looking for:

For junior candidates:

• Fluent German (C1 level and above) and English
• Commercial mindset and motivation to succeed
• Confidence, energy and a genuine interest in people
• Ambition, resilience and willingness to learn
• Sales, business development or other people-facing experience is a bonus

For experienced candidates:

• Previous recruitment experience within the ANÜ/temporary staffing market
• Proven business development experience and a track record of winning new clients
• Fluent German (C1 level and above) and English
• Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
• Confident, ambitious and motivated by results
