Our first proprietary product is an advanced financial technology system that is already at an advanced stage of technical development. The product is well beyond the concept stage. The incoming CEO will take ownership of the business side of the company, while the technical founder continues to lead product, architecture, engineering and technical strategy.

You will lead fundraising strategy and investor outreach, build relationships with venture capital firms, business angels and strategic investors, represent the company in investor meetings and negotiations, and help establish the corporate and financial structure of the business.

You will also be responsible for commercial strategy, market entry, strategic partnerships, financial planning, preparation for due diligence, coordination with legal, tax and regulatory advisers, and early company building and hiring.

Ideally, you have at least 8 years of relevant experience in areas such as FinTech, capital markets, brokerage, electronic trading, financial infrastructure, institutional technology, enterprise SaaS, investment banking or venture capital.

• Venture capital fundraising or direct participation in funding rounds

• Building or scaling an early stage company

• Working with investors and senior executives

• Negotiating complex commercial relationships

• Managing legal, regulatory or advisory processes

• Recruiting early stage or senior teams

Previous founder experience is a strong advantage.

Excellent professional English is required. German is valuable but not mandatory.

The technical founder is responsible for the product, proprietary technology, architecture, development and technical strategy.

The incoming Co-Founder & CEO will take responsibility for financing, commercial development, corporate structure, partnerships and external representation.
