Why This Role Matters

As Product Owner for our Platform, you are the connecting force between stakeholders, customers, and development teams. You ensure that the right priorities are set so that we continuously deliver maximum value and evolve our platform in the best possible way.

Your Role at a Glance

As our Product Owner Platform, you will own and drive the development of our platform by translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient and value-driven product development process.

You will:

• Set priorities and help shape the Platform roadmap
• Gather requirements from customers and share them with the Product team
• Define,prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder needs
• Work with the Product team to shape new features
• Work closely with other Product Owners and Stakeholders on shaping the product
• Translate customer and internal stakeholder requirements into actionable work items
• Track product progress and keep it aligned with the overall product vision

Your Responsibilities:

• Elaborating, managing, and prioritizing the Onventis Platform product backlog
• Translating the Onventis Platform goals into work items for development
• Learning the market and customer needs
• Serving as a liaison between customers, product and development
• Coordinating and reporting on project

Your Experience and Skills

We are looking for someone who brings:

Must-have’s:

• At least 3 years of experience working within agile software development teams
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, architectures
• Background in software development or technical product environments
• Ability to analyse requirements,derive insights and make data-driven decisions
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• You collaborate effectively with the team
• You think like a product owner, understand what makes SaaS products successful, and take ownership of your product

Nice-to-have’s:

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and network communication concepts
• Experience with international software products or platform-based solutions
• Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into daily work
