Your Responsibilities

• Deployment Support & Quality Assurance: You support the deployment team in creating, maintaining, and assuring the quality of project and release documentation, tracking board feedback, and managing document formats.
• Project Tracking & Execution: You assist in executing grid connection projects by tracking documentation, managing digital signatures (DocuSign), and overseeing incoming mail and project closure correspondence.
• Administration & Contract Management: You review goods receipts, support administrative approval processes, prepare contracts for signature, and handle digital filing and archiving.
• Process Automation & AI: You actively support the digitization and automation of administrative processes by utilizing modern tools and AI applications to optimize workflows.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Educational Background: You are currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills & Tools: You possess initial experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) and show strong interest or experience in AI-driven tools, data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
• Soft Skills & Work Ethic: You bring a structured, conscientious working style, excellent organizational skills, strong reliability, and a high level of personal initiative.
• Industry Passion: You have a strong interest in project management as well as telecommunications or infrastructure projects.
• Language Proficiency: You have fluent written and spoken German skills as well as good English skills.
