In this role, you will drive the design, harmonization, and optimization of end-to-end Engineer-to-Order (E2O) processes across our global business landscape. Acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure that solutions are scalable, template-driven, and seamlessly integrated within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem and connected applications.

You will lead the design and implementation of business-critical processes, support the integration of engineering and manufacturing operations, and drive the adoption of standardized solutions across multiple entities and regions. Beyond functional consulting, you will contribute to business value creation by translating complex requirements into sustainable solutions, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with our global IT and business strategy.

As a key contributor to our transformation journey, you will help shape future-ready processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable business growth through innovative and standardized digital solutions.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and high-quality SAP S/4HANA operations for Engineering-to-Order process, aligned with SLAs and KPIs
• Lead end-to-end solution design across Engineering-to-Order process aligned with global template standards
• Drive fast onboarding and migration of acquired entities into SAP S/4HANA with minimal business disruption
• Govern external service providers and implementation partners, ensuring delivery quality and accountability
• Ensure integration, master data readiness, and testing quality for deployments and enhancements
  
  

Show Your Expertise

• 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Engineer-to-Order (E2O) and project manufacturing processes (PS, PP, MM, SD, CO)
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing integrations, including tools such as SolidWorks, EPLAN, ETAP, or Inventor
• Experience with SAP Fiori, workflow solutions, approval processes, and system integrations across SAP and connected applications
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field, with SAP S/4HANA certification considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments; fluent English required, German is a plus and willingness to travel for project deployments is expected
