The Specialist (m/f/d) PSM Application is responsible for operational execution within the P2P domains, including system configuration support, testing, data migration, and documentation. The role ensures that global procurement processes, controls, and standards are effectively implemented and maintained across projects and regions. Working closely with IT, procurement teams, and functional leadership, the position contributes to system stability, user adoption, and process consistency, while delivering measurable outcomes such as test execution, defect resolution, and data quality. The role operates within defined governance structures and supports continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes and systems.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Maintain procurement workflows, approvals, and process documentation
• Support supplier master data governance and compliance standards
• Configure and roll out SAP Ariba solutions, including supplier lifecycle processes
• Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and Ariba–S/4HANA integration support
• Contribute to procurement transformation projects, system enhancements, and issue resolution
• Support audit, compliance, controls, training, and user adoption activities
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI reporting, process optimization, and standardization initiatives across regions and projects
  
  

Show Your Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or similar
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or SAP‑enabled business environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba
• Experience in testing, data migration, or ERP implementations
• SAP certifications is a plus
• Knowledge of compliance or internal controls
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Proactive and quality-focused mindset
