Join our global team and help shape Exyte’s insurance strategy. From developing tailored solutions for complex projects to managing global insurance programs and claims, you will ensure effective risk protection across our organization.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk-adequate insurance strategies and group-wide insurance policies across all relevant insurance lines.
• Manage and administer the global insurance program, including budgeting and allocation of insurance costs.
• Coordinate global insurance claims and manage relationships with external insurance brokers, including regular brokerage tenders.
• Develop tailored insurance concepts for Gigaprojects to ensure appropriate coverage at competitive cost.
• Review and negotiate insurance-related contractual provisions and advise Business Development on insurance matters.
• Conduct insurance due diligence for M&A activities and ensure seamless insurance integration of newly acquired companies.
• Prepare, manage, and moderate the annual Insurer Days.
  
  

Show Your Expertise

• Degree in economics or law, preferably with an insurance-related focus.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in industrial insurance, brokerage, or an international corporate insurance function.
• Strong expertise across insurance disciplines, particularly liability and Construction All Risk (CAR) insurance.
• Proven experience in managing international insurance programs and working with global business partners.
• Excellent understanding of technical and legal contexts related to insurance.
• Structured, self-organized, and result-driven approach with strong teamwork, negotiation, and customer orientation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience integrating AI tools into daily work routines.
