What will your responsibilities be?

Responsibilities

The Corporate Digital Unit for HR is responsible for the digitalization of our internal HR organization, HR processes, and future-oriented HR activities based on our global and European HR IT systems. We are looking for you to strengthen our team and support us with the following tasks:

• Support project controlling and reporting as well as data collection and maintenance
• Support Application Management activities, including ticket handling for the Early Career Management Tool
• Create and update target-group-specific process descriptions, project structures, and documentation as well as support the development and maintenance of knowledge management
• Actively contribute to the configuration and customization of various HR IT modules while building your expertise in these areas
• Take ownership of individual tasks and contribute to different project phases, from initial concept through to go-live
  
  

What qualifications should you bring?

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, (International) Human Resources Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Strong affinity for IT and confidence in using common Microsoft Office applications
• A careful, structured, and proactive approach to work
• Ability to work independently and manage organizational tasks in a structured manner
• Strong team player with good communication skills in both German and English
• Ideally, some previous experience in HR, HR IT projects, and/or the administration and development of HR systems
