Mission Integration Systems Engineer

As a Mission Integration Systems Engineer, you’ll serve as the primary technical lead and service‑component liaison, shaping how critical technologies and capabilities integrate to support combatant command operations. You’ll help ensure the joint force’s most important modernization efforts are technically feasible, interoperable, and aligned with theater priorities—making a direct impact on national security missions.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering
• Experience aggregating and prioritizing joint or cross‑component capability development efforts
• Experience developing or assessing plans for critical technologies such as autonomous systems, contested logistics, or IAMD
• Experience applying mission engineering frameworks or modeling and simulation to capability development
• Experience assessing technical feasibility, system integration, and interoperability for emerging or complex systems
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional or multi‑service teams
• Ability to map capability development directly to specific operational needs and define characteristics of potential solutions
• Ability to facilitate component integration efforts and identify duplicative development and align service‑level capabilities and technology plans with overarching theater needs and strategic guidance
• TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
