Your Tasks
- Providing written and telephone support to regional subsidiaries
- Supporting the entire supply chain service
- Handling customs and export regulations for goods exports
- Monitoring and controlling the transfer of goods
- Order processing and schedule tracking
- Preparing customs and export documents
- Coordination of shipments via air, truck, sea, and rail transport
- Coordination with internal departments and external freight forwarders
- Processing of documentary letters of credit and documentary collections
- Processing of complaints and credit memos
- Contributing to process improvements within the logistics chain
- Coordination of optimization measures with the country subsidiaries

- You have completed a business and/or technical apprenticeship
- We expect skill and experience in dealing with international industrial customers; strong intercultural competence is an asset in this regard
- We require extensive knowledge of computer-based order processing and proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP will help you get off to a good start
- Excellent written and spoken German and English are required; knowledge of additional foreign languages is desirable
- An independent, communicative, customer- and solution-oriented approach to work comes naturally to you
