We at SHAPING NEW TOMORROW are on an exciting journey with our stores in Germany, and we are looking for you to become our new Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) for our store in Stuttgart.

As Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d), you will work in a modern and innovative store in the best location in Stuttgart and receive comprehensive sales and service training related to our products. You will be part of a dedicated team where fun is not neglected, the Danish 'Hygge' culture is lived, and there is room for your personal development.

Your job:

• You support our Store Manager in all areas of personnel management in the store
• As a representative of our Store Manager, you can always be relied upon
• As a passionate salesperson, you are an ambassador for our brand and ensure extraordinary shopping experiences for our guests every day.
• You will support personnel deployment planning, warehouse and goods management and inventory
• You support the coordination and implementation of store events in coordination with Retail Operations

You are the first face of SHAPING NEW TOMORROW that our guests see. Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated, open, and smiling Shaper who not only wants to sell our products but also wants to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. You are committed and bring your team and store forward with your ideas:

• You have experience as a manager in retail, with a proven ability to lead and develop strong teams while supporting the Store Manager in running a successful store
• A hands-on and proactive attitude – you stay active on the shop floor, bring forward ideas, and drive both the team and store forward
• Organizational talent and a strong service orientation characterize you
• You enjoy structure, planning, and budgets; prioritizing is no problem for you, and you always keep your goals in sight
• You have a solution-oriented mindset – you find smart ways to handle daily challenges and stay calm under pressure
• You have strong communication skills, and your can-do attitude and positive energy shine through to the team and our guests
• You are fluent in German and have solid English skills, which are a must in our international team.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du unterstützt unseren Store Manager in allen Bereichen des Personalmanagements im Store
• Als Vertretung des Store Managers bist du eine verlässliche Ansprechperson
• Als leidenschaftlicher Verkäuferin bist du Markenbotschafter*in und sorgst täglich für außergewöhnliche Einkaufserlebnisse für unsere Gäste
• Du unterstützt bei der Personaleinsatzplanung, Warenwirtschaft und Inventur
• Du hilfst bei der Koordination und Umsetzung von Store-Events in Abstimmung mit dem Retail Operations Team

• Du hast Erfahrung als Führungskraft im Einzelhandel mit nachweislicher Fähigkeit, starke Teams zu führen und zu entwickeln, während du den Store Manager beim Betrieb eines erfolgreichen Stores unterstützt
• Du arbeitest hands-on und proaktiv – du bist aktiv auf der Fläche, bringt Ideen ein und treibt sowohl das Team als auch den Store voran
• Organisationstalent und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung zeichnen dich aus
• Du liebst Struktur, Planung und Budgets – Prioritäten setzen fällt dir leicht und du verlierst deine Ziele nie aus dem Blick
• Du hast eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise – du findest clevere Wege, mit alltäglichen Herausforderungen umzugehen und bleibst auch unter Druck ruhig
• Du besitzt starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, deine positive Energie und Can-do-Mentalität wirken ansteckend – auf das Team und unsere Gäste
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über solide Englischkenntnisse – unverzichtbar in unserem internationalen Team
