Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on large enterprises: their key business areas and geographies, vision and mission, latest acquisitions and financial results, board of directors and key personas, digital strategy, areas of growth, and pain points.
• Identify target personas according to customer lines of business and TeamViewer offerings — from C-level executives to senior engineers — including their LinkedIn profiles, contact data (via enrichment tools), and other relevant information.
• atch information from points 1 and 2 with internal systems (e.g., CRM) and additional insights from various stakeholders at TeamViewer (e.g., Account Executives, Frontline Specialists, DEX team).
• Present the information in a clear and shareable format, supporting SDRs and Account Executives with relevant data during campaign planning and execution.
• Contribute ideas for improving the processes of data collection and presentation.
  
  

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled as a student (all genders) in Business Administration, Economics (BWL/VWL), Sales Operations, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
• You are seeking a working student position (20 hours/week) alongside your studies
• You have a communicative, marketing-oriented attitude.
• You enjoy interacting with people and collaborating across departments.
• You possess strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator are strongly preferred.
