What you should bring:

• A degree in Interaction Design, Communication Design or an equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally in an agency or a product team.
• A portfolio with strong visual references. Quality and aesthetics matter to us. Do you share this passion?
• You’re a team player, take responsibility seriously and enjoy learning new things.
• We’re a small team, and it’s important to us that everyone actively shapes things, including our muse.
• At muse case, good design is the starting point of every solution. We develop digital products, design systems and websites for industries such as healthcare and corporate finance, and we take them all the way into code ourselves. We keep an eye on the latest trends and adopt what truly helps our projects. We enjoy every step of the process: thorough research, bold explorations and details you only notice on second glance.

How the application process works:

• Application: Send us your CV and portfolio. We take a close look at your work.
• Virtual meet-up: If your references are a good fit, we’ll invite you to a video call: introductions, conversation and room for your questions.
• Meeting in person: If the impression is right, you’ll meet the team at the office and present selected references. The team has a say in the decision.
• Decision: Afterwards, you’ll hear back from us. If everything fits, we’ll agree on your salary together and make it official.

Your skills

• You guide the design process from concept to finished product and aren't afraid to dive into Google Analytics or FullStory.

Design Systems

• You think in systems: tokens, components, variants and themes fit together cleanly in your work and scale across brands and products.
• Figma is your home, including variables, Code Layers and prototyping.
• A repository doesn't scare you. You work with Git, find your way around a Next.js/Payload setup and use AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to deliver the first 80% without a developer, clean enough for the dev team to build on directly.

AI-native

• You use AI deliberately in research, concept development and prototyping: you know the strengths of each tool and recognize when doing it by hand delivers the better result.
• You capture recurring workflows as reusable instructions for AI, for example as Claude Skills or a prompt library, so agents apply them reliably and the whole team benefits.
• You use AI safely: client data only goes into approved tools, with GDPR and NDAs in mind and a critical review of every result.
• A plus: you've designed interfaces for AI features, such as assistants or agent workflows, and know patterns like expectation management, error handling and user control.

Your tasks

• You take ownership of projects and work directly with our clients.
• You work in agile, interdisciplinary teams, hand in hand with designers, developers, partners and clients.
• You lead the design process: research, design explorations, interface design, prototyping and testing.
• You build scalable design systems and turn designs into code yourself.
• You advise clients on where AI adds real value and how to use it safely. There’s always time left for fun and coffee/shake time :)
